One library, on your disk
Ko Books copies each book into its library folder, sorted by author and title so the folder makes sense without the app. Its catalogue sits beside the books and is backed up every day. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Your e-reader and Kindle
Connect a Kobo, Kindle, PocketBook or tolino and it appears in the sidebar. Ko Books copies the books you choose, checks each copy, and never touches what it didn't put there. For a Kindle far away, Send to Kindle goes by your own email.
Coming from Calibre
Ko Books reads a Calibre library and copies its books, with their authors, series, tags and covers. The Calibre library itself is never changed, so you can keep using it.
